1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure, & in my Parsonage House.

2. Other benefices: I have another Benefice, the Vicarage of Bp's Nymet near S. Molton.

3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at no Church besides my own, excepting by way of occasional assistence to any Neighbouring Clergyman.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church, twice on the Lords Day, with a Sermon in the Morning & in the Evening, during the Summer, & in Part of the Winter.

5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administerd 5 times in the year & the Number of Communicants at Easter is about 30 or 35.

6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Youth of my Parish in Autumn.

7. Church fabric: My Church & Chancel is in good Repair & my Church yard well kept & there are all things decent for Divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: A Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses, &c was formerly lodgd in the Registry.

9. Number of families: The Number of Families in my Parish is about 35.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within my Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists, or Meeting-Houses in my Parish.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a Private School in this Parish & a Poor House; but no charitable Endowment.

13. Charity: Some Benefactions (but no Lands or Tenements) hath been left for charitable uses, & are well applied.
